Patti Brunner shares some very special words from the Lord in the episode TOS103 Tell the People on Truth of the Spirit. Patti Brunner, who has had conversations with the Lord for over 20 years through the gift of prophecy, has taken these “Tell the People” words of encouragement and wisdom and put them together to allow you to receive the truth from the Lord. Today, she is going to string over 20 of these “Tell the People” words of encouragement and wisdom together to share with you on Truth of the Spirit. They were given to her to share at Living Life in the Spirit Seminars, in her books, in her radio show and website, or in witnesses and teachings.

As a public speaker teaching the truth, I have always asked the Lord to help me in what I should say. It always led me to research what the Church teaches, especially in the Catechism, and to verify there what I planned to teach and to find scripture that also agreed. When I first started journaling what the Lord had to say to me, I noticed the term “Tell the people” quite often in the early days. This helped me to know that this was something to share with others. Today, I am going to string some of these “Tell the People” words of encouragement and wisdom together to share with you. All are messages that someone needs to hear at one time or another and she has used them, individually, at various occasions.
Welcome to Truth of the Spirit, I’m your host Patti Brunner. Today I am sharing some very special words the Lord has given me at various times in the past to use when I teach or witness.
I am not going to list all the references I used in past talks. Just know that today the Lord told me I could share them with you. He told me “All are messages that someone needs to hear at one time or another.”
Here we go:
Tell my people I have placed within each of them my Spirit who dwells there to increase, multiply, magnify my grace within them so that they might know me. When they know Me, they will begin to understand my love for them and the kingdom I have established for them. They will know me in the Scripture. They will know me in the mass–my Eucharist, in all my Sacraments. I will provide special gifts of grace to them so that they might be able to share their knowledge of me with others as they are strengthened in my love. Healing is but one example of how much I love My people but it is the one most easily understood.
My children continue to search for me with a longing in their heart and I will let them find Me. I will always let them find me and I will dwell with them forever.
Encourage them to spend time with me. I do not require/ask for them to dedicate all time to my kingdom. But as they come to know me it will happen. The kingdom then will truly be theirs and all pain and suffering in their lives will be defeated.
Tell my people how much I love them. Show them the Cross. Remind them that I gave my Son for them. Tell/ask them to dedicate their children to me to raise them in My Love.
Turn to me now my children. Forget the ways of Babylon. Forget the ways of Hollywood. Forget the ways of evil pleasure. Remember the gentleness of My Love. Remember the consolement of my Spirit. Remember the love I have ready to welcome you home as you come to your senses yet leave your senses behind you. My love reigns in an everlasting kingdom, a kingdom where there is no pettiness or anger, where no man has to ‘prove’ his worth through acts of aggression but ‘knows’ his worth in the knowledge that he is a part of the Body of Christ. And that as part of the Body, he has dignity and honor that far surpasses any position of earthly power or wealth. [The Lord said] Tell my people to turn to me for meaning in their lives. Turn to me for fulfillment… Turn to me and find happiness, peace and joy. It is by participating in the body – that is by caring for the other members providing nourishment or fulfilling your role in the Body that true happiness will be found. Just as NO PART of the Body can exist without the other parts no man can exist on his own in selfishness or in denying the needs of others.
Deliver this message as you pray: My love is like an ocean that contains all the tears of the world. Each tear is precious to me and I have caught each one so that you might know that I was with you during your sorrow. My love is like a fish flipping around on the bank – when it is not returned/accepted by my people. It is not where it should be. My love should be inside your heart where it belongs.
Tell my people that I long for them to be mine. To be a part of my body that is not in decay but that produces a goodness to the body – that functions as part of it.
My child, there are many things to tell my people. But what would they listen to? They search out the miraculous, the mystical. Tell the story of being called by name or one such as that.
[The Lord said] Tell the people how much I love them. Explain the gifts you have been given and how you share them with others building the kingdom. Tell them of the awakening in your soul. Tell them of the daily struggle for righteousness and how my Grace has helped you follow My Way. Tell my people how much I love them. Call to them. Cry out to all to repent and to listen to the Lord and change their ways.
[The Lord said] My child, each of my children need me in the various ways of their lives. Turning to the Lord in times of need and in times of joy are the plan of my creation.
As a Father looks upon his Child in love even in the helplessness that burdens, so I look upon each of My children, anticipating their needs, offering to help, and picking up the pieces when there is brokenness, always deeply loving my Children.
This, my child, is what you should tell My People for me:
#1. Tell them of My love. No greater love is there than this that a man lay down his life for another.
#2. See the “simple”. It is easy to love Me – not complicated. It is the moment – the attitude of trusting Me and awareness of my love for you.
#3. Forgiveness is given when repentance is given.
#4. A humble heart pleases the Lord. Only can you trust the Lord when pride is not a sin; depend on God not self.
#5. Walk the Walk and talk the talk. [The Lord said] My Way is not lip service; it is not pew service but it is a 7-day (a week) life in the Spirit.
Please Me and you please the Father and Glory is given in thanks and praise.
[The Lord said] There must be a healing within My Body – unless there is compassion and love for others My kingdom will remain divided. Tell the people: encourage them to spend time with me.
The Lord says, “It is not too much for you to live your life in faith.” The Lord says He has called you each by name and all you have to respond is, “Here I Am.”
Ten years, twenty years, fifty years—these are but a grain of sand in eternity. Do not delay following God’s call until you have more ‘time’. The need is here and now for you to step forward in love and faith. The Lord says, I will provide all that you need. The cares of this world shall one day pass away and you will then recognize that it was “soon and very soon.”
Continue to repent, receive reconciliation and receive My Body and Blood in the Eucharist. These will sustain you for your journey in this life. Fear not the things beyond your control. As you pray they become under My control. And on the subject of prayer, prayer has changed more lives than any other action in the world.
Speak with me, tell me what’s in your heart then listen to my response. And know that my response comes in various methods.
The upside down culture that you now face is for a moment. Truth will set all men free. Fear not. There is coming a day, says the Lord, when all men will know the truth in their hearts. Until that day, continue to seek the truth and share the truth to all who will listen. And pray to be a good listener to discern the voice of God when He speaks to you. And carry the joy of the Lord in your heart and in your life for all to see.
I want you to tell the people of my love for them. I forgive them anything-everything. Stress this over and over. I would not have sacrificed my Son if I didn’t truly love each one of them. Remind them I would have done the same even if they had been the only one who sinned, even if their sin had been horrendous and seems unforgivable by society. My Mercy knows no bounds. I will forgive IF they repent. Be sorry and be joyful. Tell them that! My Joy is beyond happiness. It is pure love.
[The Lord said] I want you to tell the people to hope in their darkness. Set the light before them. Encourage them. I do not require that they sacrifice everything but I do insist that they place Me before all other gods. Tell them how to do it. Yes the people will listen to you. I will place my words in you. Be open to them. Do not deny the truth but do not hammer my people with it. The bruised reed cannot take/withstand. Gentleness was the way of my Son. Find gentle words to speak/teach [of] my Son.
“Tell the people I come to help them. The judgment they dread could be terrible indeed but the flocks of my father will have been placed in safety.”
I am with you always. Sing praise to the Lord for he is good. Any time you see trouble know that I am there reaching out to my people. It saddens me that they turn not to me for help. My kingdom sets them free, but they seem to know not of its power and the joy that awaits them. This world will pass away so quickly in the scheme of things. Eternity will/can make up for a myriad of ills that have been pressed upon my people by the ways of the world. But only if they accept my love will the freedom be complete. There has never been a time that all the people have accepted me. Barriers such as jealousy, greed and fornication get in the way. Doubt is the biggest tool used by the evil one to keep my people from accepting my ways/me fully. There has always been those whom I send to the people. But the people twist their words or forget them. Only if my words, through my servants, are placed in honor in the hearts of my people will my people receive places of honor in my kingdom. There has always been a way for the people to receive my love. But so often they turn from it and take the wide path with its immediate satisfaction of bodily desires. Sacrifices are required of my followers in this life: Sacrifices of praise. Sacrifices of prayer. Sacrifices of fasting. Sacrifices of love for fellow man. The people must reach outside themselves/selfishness — to embrace their fellow men in true acts of love/charity/agape.
At any time that you or they seek me, I will let them find me. But if they seek me only for selfish reasons, they may be disappointed because I am not the Messiah they search for, just as I wasn’t what my Jewish family expected and dreamed/wanted. But they limited me and my kingdom and so does the follower who wants to keep me to himself. I am not a one for one king. I have come to unify all people to myself in my body. No man can stand alone. Each must be bound to the other with golden chains of love. In this world that doesn’t make sense, but in my kingdom all are eager to share everything they have with others. They understand that the Father has provided all and when all is given it is replenished. By giving you receive. The more you give, the more room you have to receive. And not just material things or wealth but spiritual things also.
[The Lord said] Turn to me, turn and be saved, says the Lord. Tell the people I love them but that they must respond to that love and accept their salvation. I led the people away from bondage into the desert but many did not accept me as their God but chose to rely on golden images made by their own hands. Thus, too, many rely on themselves and their own actions for their salvation without knowing the Father by knowing the Son. Help the people to know Me and my kingdom. The Lord Jesus Christ should be the center of the lives of the people instead of an afterthought. Good people will gather together in the valley but many have eyes but do not see the whole picture. They have blinders and see only a narrow focus of my love for them. Remove the blinders – allow them to experience the fullness of my love. They have limited me in their hearts and in their lives. The horizon of my love is broad indeed. The beauty of the lingering sunset pales to the beauty of my love acting in their lives. Turn to me, My People – turn to the fullness of life, turn to the Glory of the Father present in your lives. –turn away from sinful things, turn away from hate, anger, jealousy, loss of inheritance –for you are inheriting a kingdom much grander than any farm on this earth. My kingdom is yours if only you turn your hearts to me in love and ask to share in it and to share it with others.
[The Lord said] Tell the people I love them. Many times they forget that I am always waiting for their return. Many did not have parents who loved them. Many have been too selfish to give and receive the type of love they were created to have. Speak to these children and put their minds to rest. Punishment is only for the wicked who do not repent. Just because you feel guilty after repentance it does not mean you deserve punishment – It just means you are not fully healed from the effect that the sin had upon you. The Son of the Most High, Jesus Christ was the Healer of all past present and future. Within His love lies the healing power for all for all time. As each man, woman and child accepts Jesus into their hearts, he takes on all their burdens and frees them from the effect of evil – from every infirmity, sin and illness. But my children do not accept me in the fullness of my heart into their hearts. Help my children to embrace and be open to me—For I so love the world, I am the Healer of souls and bodies and minds. As I take my brothers and sisters to the Father all sufferings melt away and drops off. In the presence of God there is only joy and compassion. Tell the people to open themselves to my healing love as they accept my presence.
[The Lord said] My child the children yearn to know my gift. Let each one who knows witness their gift, but always tell the people that the gifts comes from God and thus any action gives glory to the Father. My Child the children also need to know the Way. They want to be told HOW to live life in the Spirit. How quickly the grace fades when it is not allowed to be replenished. Encourage the people to glorify the Lord for each good thing in their lives. You might quote the prayer for priests and remind the people to always to support them. I will keep my covenant promise to provide my people priests – but remember that as I place my heart within your heart you have the eternal priest with you, teaching and ministering to you according to the Father.
[The Lord said] Tell my people how much I love them. Call to them. Cry out to all to repent and to listen to the Lord and change their ways.
My child, the evil one throws doubt and confusion constantly at those who yearn to know Me yet do not know me yet.
The Charism of Faith, is that gift that first overcomes the obstacles of doubt—obstacles placed by the evil one using worldly things such as intellect and rationality. If you say “It doesn’t make sense” most likely you have not embraced my gift of faith.
The Virtue of Faith is the belief in the Trinity, in the Virgin Birth, in the death and Resurrection of Jesus.
The charism of Faith is that which inspires you to approach Me for a clear understanding of my Word. The Charism of Faith connects the heart and the head with the soul through the Power of the Holy Spirit. It cannot be taught but it can be witnessed. It cannot be initiated but it can be requested and accepted. The Charism of Faith releases the barriers to the other gifts.
If you find yourself limited in a charism of knowledge or healing that the Lord has granted to you—ask for a manifestation of the gift of Faith. In faith all things are possible. It is divine Trust that is trusting in God in all things large and small, mortal and immortal, now and in forever.
[The Lord said about hearing his voice:] The barriers in the hearts of men are slow to dissolve at times. Other times it is my discernment that causes them to wait. Yet know this, dear daughter, I desire that all my children might seek my face, hear my voice, come into my presence, and be one with Me. Commitment is a key. Those who hear my voice should set a part of each day to listen to me. Ask for patience and determination. The pure hearts will be tempted with other activities, but the faithful who quiet themselves before me will hear my voice.
“Recognizing my Voice” is a topic to explain. My voice does not ramble, it does not criticize or chastise the sinner but draws the sinner to me so that my grace will aid the repentant heart. If your own child was cut and bleeding to death would you not try to rescue them?
Know my Voice—it does not contradict Truth—Truth has been revealed to my Church.
My voice is gentle and strong, listen for love in it. My voice brings peace. Tell the people that rarely do I use a burning bush, Chariots of fire or a Thundering Voice to speak to them. In Jesus and through the Holy Spirit, I Am resides within your heart. You are the tabernacle of the Living God. Understand this. As you would hear your own thoughts you would hear me. As you would sense your conscience—you would sense Me. Sometimes you will sense Me very physically with ‘chills’ or ‘heat’, with a shaking or with total relaxation of your whole body. Sometimes you will see Me or the pictures [vision] I send in your ‘’mind’s eye’. You can see with your eyes closed or open.
Allow the children to try. If they cannot discern if it is my voice or their own have them to journal consistently what they hear after prayer and asking to hear Me and a time of listening. If all they hear is silence, tell them to yearn for my Voice. ‘Speak Lord, your servant is listening!’ over & over seek my face. Persistence is rewarded. Share your own commitment of an hour a day for 30 days that continued for two years! The faithful servant pleases Me.
My child, the needs of the people cry out for the Lord to touch the hearts and to heal them. The ‘material’ needs are many but the root of each is the lack in the spiritual life of my people and the people of the world. I am sending you with others, to be my emissary to tell the people of my love and to allow my power to draw them into the ‘circle’ of life. Death resurrection, life—this is the ‘circle ‘ of life. Death resurrection, life – this is the ‘circle’ I have provided to the people. To be one with me, to die to sin, to self, to be raised from the ashes and smoke to be lifted up into the glory the glorious kingdom of God. My desire is not sacrifice but obedience. The obedience of the Cross, the obedience of the commandments, the obedience of the ‘great commission’. I call you, too, to this obedience. Continue to let the world know the truth: the kingdom of God is upon you. You must stop living in darkness, if you want joy and happiness. The truth will set free those imprisoned by the darkness of sin. I have sent my Son as the rescuer. Salvation has been made possible by the Blood of the Lamb. Tell the people how much I love them. As they choose the righteous path, their burdens will lessen. As they in turn, reach out to help others to know truth, the enemies’ power over them shall diminish. The enemy is defeated. He hangs on only by feeding on the destruction, the wounds caused by sin.
The heavenly realm waits for all who turn their eyes on Jesus and then follows him. Sometimes the Way of the Cross seems too hard, too harsh, but Jesus has led the way for us. His word shows us how to follow Jesus.
[The Lord said] Tell the people this:
No matter how dark an area of their life seems, the Lord is waiting to bless them as they turn to him like in the story of the Prodigal Son. Trouble seems out of our control but it is not beyond the power of Jesus. Our free will, and the freewill of others, is a real gift from God, but it can be misused and result in calamity.
[The Lord said] Tell the people this: Continuing our discussion about the way the Lord brings good from bad, I want to share a little example. My daughter fell when she was about 6. That was bad. She busted her lip. But God worked it for good. She had been trying to stop sucking her thumb. And we had prayed to ask God’s help. After she fell, her lip hurt too much to put her thumb in it so the habit was overcome. Something good came from it. Now did God push her and make her fall? Of course not! She was running with friends chasing each other and she tripped. But God used this opportunity to bless her and to answer her prayer. I wanted her to stop sucking her thumb too, but I would never have tripped her to make her fall and bust her lip. God loves us more than I love my daughter. He wants goodness for us. But sometimes he uses a bad situation to bless us, almost like taking advantage of an opportunity.
[The Lord said] My child, tell the people this:
A time has come in the history of America where those who follow Me and my commands are greatly outnumbered by those who reject Me, and who have turned their face from Me. I call my faithful servants to pray for those who would benefit by their prayers—friends, family, leaders, public officials. Prayers of intercession allow my grace to penetrate hardened hearts; they still have the free will to choose to turn from Me but your prayer will give them clarity in their decisions.
My children, I love you. Continue to reach out to Me for your own needs and desires. Place your trust in Me. I am your God and you are my people.
“My will for you is simple: Love Me with all your heart and all your soul and love others as yourself…My specific will for you is also simple: tell my people I love them.”
