The Lord told me, “My people seek me out in greater numbers. They listen to my voice. My children are beginning to know Me but the recognition is slow because the world has shut their eyes to the kingdom and Me. I ask them to open their eyes and see. Open their ears and hear the Good News proclaimed in every city and town. Each of those I have sent forth do my work. Each of those who remember to listen to Me bring the kingdom closer to the people. When the kingdom narrows the chasm between the people and the Way, many will leap over in faith and be saved. Fear keeps their feet stuck in the mire of sin and darkness. Release their fear. Show them my tender love and care. Point out my gentleness. I open my arms to forgive them if only they would choose to repent. My forgiveness washes them and places robes of glory at their feet.
“Each time you witness to my people you bring ‘many times many’ to the Kingdom. Each one touches another, and the ripple becomes a wave, and the wave becomes a river and the river feeds those along the shore. And so, they also jump in.
“Dispel doubt over and over. Listen to Me and I will guide you to the ones who need a personal touch and ministry. The bigger they are, the harder they fall. My Father chooses many to come to the vineyard to work. The time of day has no bearing on the reward. My peace is with you. Go in peace to love the world.”
Welcome to Truth of the Spirit. I am your host Patti Brunner. In this episode, “Words from the Lord to the Remnant Part 4”, we continue our series to share personal revelation with you as the Lord has directed me to do so. I believe you are to take them as the Lord speaking to your heart. Please note that often when the word “servant” is used in these words, I believe the Lord is speaking of his priests, of Holy Scripture, or the Church, or perhaps of you. These words inspire. Some of these words challenge us. We encourage you to discern them according to the teachings of the Catholic Church.
The Lord told me, “My child, do not be anxious and dread to hear warnings, for the wise are always aware of danger lurking in the closet, in the corner, but the compassionate servant trusts in the Lord’s goodness for protection and reaches out to the people in my name. Whenever you feel the heaviness of the evil ones’ hatred, burdening the people, think thoughts of love for them. And this will give Me praise and honor. My love has conquered the hate of the world. The remnants of my people are stronger and more fruitful than the remnant of hate handed down through the generations. Our love is magnified when our hearts are open to each other. Never delay to offer a word of compassion. Use compassion as your guide when a decision is to be made. Remember the heart of the law and not the letter of it.
“My child, the paths you walk are narrow and true.”
The Lord gave this advice: “My child, quiet your soul. As you long to be near Me, I long to be in you. My gifts shower on the people through our love. Do not doubt the hearts of those around you. Remember to trust Me. Trust our love. Trust my love for my people. Each time you witness my love, it grows among the people. I will place my words within you. Decrease yourself increase Me. Speak more of my Words to the people. Quote Me; quote my ordained servants. Speak with your heart and not your mind and the people will be taught.”
The Lord told me to focus on His “love for the people. Your angle must be to the one who sits in the pew but does not soak in my message.” The Lord said. “Teach my word in such a way that the light shines brightly on the path for them. My Spirit will enter them, and they will know Me and my love. … Teach the people how to live their message—My message.”
The Lord told me, “My child, my grace does not depend on your feeling my presence… my Spirit overcomes all obstacles.”
The Lord told me, “My child, many times in your life, things will happen that you don’t understand. My Will places people and obstacles so that the path you’re taking is changed to the path I choose for you. You have offered your free will to Me and so I now send you quicker in the chosen direction. Have no anxiety when you seemed to be headed in a strange direction — you will be able to look back and see my hand.”
The Lord told me, “My child, listen to my servant when the day arises. Take to heart the spoken word and the written word. Never let distractions destroy our relationship, it is deeper than that. Follow through on your instructions. Work towards humility. Your elders have your best interest at heart and also my love before them. Some days we bend in respect, knowing that the tall reed will again stand firm in the Lord’s grace.”
The Lord told me, “My child, today is the day the Lord has made. Rejoice and be glad. Each day is made to allow you to give honor and praise but even more so to share my love. Love is patient. Love is kind. Choose to be patient and kind. Choose to open your heart to those who need you.”
I had a vision of a log raft floating in a flooded river with a large rope hanging off the rear edge. The Lord helped me discern the vision and said to me, “My child, take my children from the mire and sticky swamps. Take them out on the raft of my strength in you. When they’re clearly out into the river of my grace allow them to lower themselves down using the ropes. The empty raft shows that the people trusted me enough to jump into the water. The raft is not a home but only a temporary tool to make the transition. Use the pole to get away from the danger on shore.
“Listen, each time you give of yourself for me, my grace grows within you. Call to me and I will fill you up.”
The Lord told me, “My children await Me with a longing in their hearts that has been stirred by my servants listening to my word. They want to believe I will speak to them but they feel unworthy. But, tell them: I will purify them. I have purified them of sin through my cross. I give it freely in Baptism and Reconciliation and I remind them that only by reaching out to Me can the purification ever be complete.”
The Lord said to me, “My child, in times of distress the heart longs for comfort but instead the body turns and hides to avoid detection and abrasion of a tender spot. Touch my people with a tenderness that soothes and calms the weary soul. My grace enters to bring a fullness of peace only when the heart welcomes Me into it. Each time a descender [evil spirit] interferes, the wickedness of past mistakes cover the soul in darkness. My servants, my priests stand in for Me ready to forgive the contrite heart. If the people leave their dirt on the porch step I will cleanse with a spring rain of grace and the sweetness after the rain satisfies the heart. My love for my people causes Me to wait on the stoop, waiting patiently for the child to be found among the brambles and thorns – to set them free and to bring them home to the Father with Me in joy.
“Deliver this message as you pray: My love is like an ocean that contains all the tears of the world. Each tear is precious to Me and I have caught each one so that you might know that I was with you during your sorrow. My love is like a fish flipping around on the bank when it is not returned, when it is not accepted by my people. It is not where it should be. My love should be inside your heart where it belongs.
“Tell my people that I long for them to be mine. To be a part of my body that is not in decay but that produces a goodness to the body – that functions as part of it.
“My child, listen to what I say: A child goes out to play in the desert and becomes a man. The man turns his face to heaven and the Lord is well pleased by his actions. The Lord showers the man with many blessings and gifts which the man uses to give honor and praise. When the time is finished the man is called from the desert into the Promised Land where he is greeted by those who went before him. The cycle is complete – the deed is done the race is won.
“Any time you are sent out remember that I send you to the desert to give water to the thirsty and food to the hungry – it is my living water, it is my Body. My child, continue to listen and read the word of God. It has been placed here for you. It has been entered into the book of life. Through it you will bring life to the people through Jesus Christ, true God true man, true Son of God.
“Blessed are they who do not see yet believe – the kingdom of God is theirs!”
The Lord told me, “My Child, everything upon this earth was placed here for the glory of God and to show the omnipotence of the Creator. The evil one has taken many things and turned them askew to the world so as to try to confuse my people. My Son was sent to overcome the deception and lies and to reveal the true power of the kingdom. There is simply a current that flows in all things that are God-made. You see it clearly when the beauty is revealed in a sunset or a breeze through sun-lit trees, but know that the current is there ever strong in all my creatures especially my people. My people are made in the image and likeness of God. This means that they not only were created with the energy force of the Lord, they can accept, magnify, and reflect the power, the love of God in their lives.
“When their hearts are pure–the intensity of the reflection of God’s pure love–miracles can occur. The charisms are nothing more than a reflection of God’s love. My Spirit is an aide to connect with the hearts of my people to “boost” the reflection. You see, many hearts are broken, torn, scarred or unclean. My Spirit dwells within them to help mend the tears and to focus my love within them. The Helper stays within them, strengthening their hearts until their freewill opens their heart to Me.”
The Lord tells us, “Each day, be fed by my Word. Each day accept us into your heart. Each day, offer your freewill, your life to be used for the kingdom and I will rest in your heart and I will listen to my people’s needs and I will allow the barriers to be breached so that my Grace might comfort my people. Do not delay in providing the avenue for the people to receive my love. Your choice for them as a part of the Body of Christ opens their hearts only for a brief interlude. They have control over their hearts and often choose to reject Me. But I long to mend their hearts: their pains and sorrows that have turned them inside themselves. More difficult are those who have turned inward in greed and selfish desire for pleasure. Those that deny love toward others as a duty in the kingdom have a very difficult time in receiving Me. Woe are the arrogant for they don’t realize how much they need Me. And so the evil one does not inflict pain on them for then they become vulnerable to needing my love. Instead a despair settles in their soul and they search for happiness in worldly ways—never knowing true joy but only fleeting moments of satisfaction for “a job well done” that dissipates like the morning dew on a hot summer day. To these children you must fortify yourself for their barriers are as hard as rocks. Their self-importance keeps them from seeking Me and so they continue to wander around lost. Search out my lost sheep. Gently reveal my love to them. They will choose not to believe. They have come to rationalize away my power so evident to the pure of heart. Melt their hearts with your trust of the Lord and your humility to serve.”
The Lord spoke, “My child, are you anxious to hear my word today? Do you not know that I am speaking clearly through my servants? Listen to Me well. Take the words into your heart. Eat the words so they may become a part of the ministry I have chosen for you. Do not be concerned with your daily problems. The days melt away to tiny specks in the eternity of the kingdom.
“Continue to listen and to be led by my Spirit. The people yearn to be reassured that their ways are my ways—but my ways are not as easy as the path some of them have chosen. They hide the truth behind the prayers that are lip service to Me. They really want their own will to be done instead of the will of the Father. Come against the evil that leads them astray. Show them the trueness, the pureness of a heart that is turned to Jesus in love for Him and His Body. Only then will my people be truly happy. They must leave their own needs and wants in my arms. I will fill them with my grace only if they empty out the garbage of the world to make room for Me. I will not force myself on the people. But I am here pouring out my love freely to all who step under the shower of my grace—on all who asked to be washed free of all their iniquities—on all who sit humbly at my feet and not try to lasso my love and try to capture it and bind it so as to control their lives by dictating what and how I can enter their lives. If only they would realize that I am a gentle God. I would never force my people to serve Me. That forcing and pressuring is from the dark side of power. That force uses a sledgehammer to make its point with the people. No, my ways are the ways of the kingdom. I extend my hand to the people. I open my arms to them. I beckon them with my peace and love—not with riches or power. If the seekers of my gifts do so to receive only the power that is revealed outside the kingdom they will perish. The gifts are given to honor those who love Me and thus honor the Father’s love reflected in them. When the Father is given glory the love flows out to the people that were in darkness and thus many are saved that would have remained in darkness. And so, my child, reflect the Father’s Love to the people. Do not follow those who have forgotten the meaning behind my Spirit’s gifts. Keep the love of the people bouncing around within you! My Father holds that dear and continues to favor you with the special gifts of his grace.”
“Turn to me, O turn and be saved, says the Lord, for I am God.” [Isaiah 45:22]
“As you go out into the world, many will reject you because they reject Me. Others will reject you because they cannot comprehend how the kingdom ‘operates’. They cannot accept my Spirit to spirit connection because they do not trust Me. Do not allow this rejection to break your spirit but instead revel in it as my servant Paul did. Be joyful to stand up for my word in the face of the world. Be joyful to rise to the mountain and to bring the people with you.”
